Sometimes the move process is difficult for even the most agile, youthful person. I am not the most organized person in the world and after moving found myself needing help. When I looked at all of my treasures, I felt a little overwhelmed. Sharon, you came in and did what I could never have done alone. I recently moved down to Jacksonville from NJ after the death of my husband. I was downsizing from a 2,000 sq. ft. home to a small two bedroom townhouse (with no storage whatsoever). After three weeks of trying to unpack by my self, the task became so overwhelming that I was quite despairing of ever being finished. 

Fortunately, a friend had used the services of Sharon and Jim Franzen and recommended them to me. THANK GOD.  I called them and set up the initial conference. When Sharon came to my door, her sunny disposition, understanding and can do attitude made me feel immediately at ease and more optimistic.

I have never met anyone as organized and efficient. Her stamina and continued kindness helped me through the most difficult thing I¡¦ve ever had to endure.  And in just one week we were finished.

Jim, is a funny gentle man who helped hang pictures and shelves and repaired several items damaged in the move.

I don't know what I would have done without them. They should change the name of their company to "ANGEL DOWNSIZERS", because that's what they are.

Sharon helped me complete a very difficult transition from a riverfront condo in which I lived for over 30 years to The Allegro at Fleming Island, an independent living facility.  During those 30 years, I accumulated enough "treasures" to fill a 3 bedroom, 1,600 sf living space.  My new residence is a 1 bedroom, 950 sf apartment.  Needless to say, she was challenged with the job of downsizing my belongings and getting the rest moved.

Sharon patiently helped me sort my items into groups: those going to loved ones, those going with me, those to be sold via auction and those to be donated.  My niece in South Dakota has received all of the antique furniture that Sharon arranged forn shipment.  Sharon just delivered a check to me from the auction house for items sold.  And she found a large sum of money in the form of ƒncash and checks in my condo that I had forgotte.n

Sharon spent many hours coordinating my move and I am now comfortably settled into my new surroundings.  She makes me feel that I am not just a client, but a valued friend and I'm sure that our relationship will continue well past my move.
