Background & Philosophy

Sharon’s roots are in the Midwest (MI, IL, IN) where she spent most of her working life in the computer consulting business.  She is a firm believer in “lifelong learning”, a philosophy that shapes her life and career.  In addition to her advanced degrees, Sharon has taught at Junior College and University levels and owned her own computer training company for several years.

Upon retirement from 20+ years in the computer consulting industry, Sharon began her real estate career, first as an Appraisal Assistant, then as a Real Estate Sales Associate and now as Managing Broker of her own company, Florida Property Pros, Inc.  The company offers real estate and property management services. 

Because of her continuing relationships with the senior population, she has earned both Senior Real Estate Specialist and Senior Move Manager designations.  This allows her to offer seniors a downsizing/relocation service to facilitate their next move. She has assisted numerous senior to downsize their “treasures” and to make one of the most difficult decisions of their lives, to move out of their homes.  Sharon finds the work with seniors enjoyable and personally rewarding.

Kelly's Property Management experience includes the management of hundreds of single family homes and nearly that many owners. Additionally, Kelly has over 15 years of sales experience, a gregarious personality and great people skills. Her educational background includes an AS in Psychology, Certification in American Sign Language with 6 years of Interpreting experience. Kelly is currently pursuing  a BS in Psychology and an AS in American Sign Language.
